Do you have any questions?

How do I design my own product? 

If you want to create your own design for any of our products, simply click the ‘Browse Templates’ button to bring up our free template customiser. From here you can choose your favourite template or start with a blank canvas. 

You can edit text, add images, and change colours, styles and sizes. Within the template customiser there is a ‘HELP’ tab on the left-side toolbar with instructions on how to get started. But if you get stuck, feel free to get in touch with us and we can talk you through it.

I have designed my product. Now what?

Once you are happy with your design, click ‘Preview’ in the top right-hand corner to see what your final product will look like. Hit the ‘Submit’ button to finalise your design.

 You will be taken back to the product page and your design preview should appear. Select your finish, quantity and style in the dropdown menus and then click ‘Add to cart’. A message will appear at the top of the page to say your product has been added to your cart.

The product I want is not customisable. Why?

For some of our products we produce it isn’t practical to have you design online. For example, calendars and brochures that are likely to have 10+ pages. It is much easier for you to send us the files or speak with our designers who can assist you.

I already have a design created, can I just print it?

Yes, absolutely! Please see our ‘How to supply files’ guide to make sure your design files are fit for printing. If you need any assistance, contact our team who will be able to help. Just choose your quantity and finishes and order online, then email us your design with your order number.

We may need to contact you if we have any issues with image quality or size, but we will work with you to solve this if that is the case.

I'd like to use a graphic designer

What are my payment options?

For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods:

Direct Bank Transfer

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Once you place your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order ID and our bank account number. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Credit Card/ Visa Debit

Our secure payment system allows you to pay online with Visa Debit/Credit card. Payment will be taken once you have placed your order. You can save your payment information for future purchases if you wish.
